2011 in a nut shell
Been a roller coaster of a year.  Lots of Ups and downs for sure.  Here are some of the great things that’s happened. Improved my health tremendously.  I’ve been the most physically active this year.  Dragon boat, Soccer and Gym.  No Days off in the summer, everyday I was doing something. Exhausted
I am physically exhausted.  My body aches every morning and I continuously wake up throughout the night. I don’t think I’ve had a good night sleep in a while. Looking forward to getting some ink done on my back tomorrow and then the two weeks rest.  During my rest gym time and goals will suffer but at least I have Uncharted 3 and Call of Duty MW3 soon! Just gotta get through...

Motivation Pt2
It’s been 38 days since I started my new work out routine to reach my goals.  38 days out of a total of 122 days.  Progress wise I’ve definitely pushing more weight then I’ve ever pushed in a while, however I’m making no gains at all in terms of weight.  One thing to note I lost about 13 days because of some ink, but I’m not planning to shift my dates to accommodate...
