2011 in a nut shell
Been a roller coaster of a year.  Lots of Ups and downs for sure.  Here are some of the great things that’s happened. Improved my health tremendously.  I’ve been the most physically active this year.  Dragon boat, Soccer and Gym.  No Days off in the summer, everyday I was doing something.
