Motivation Pt2

It’s been 38 days since I started my new work out routine to reach my goals.  38 days out of a total of 122 days.  Progress wise I’ve definitely pushing more weight then I’ve ever pushed in a while, however I’m making no gains at all in terms of weight.  One thing to note I lost about 13 days because of some ink, but I’m not planning to shift my dates to accommodate that.  I’ll probably lose another 13-14 days in November again.

Here is where my goal is


The Goal:

  • 160 lbs
  • Single digit body fat (7-9%)
  • Bench: 205 (2x45 + 2x 35 Plate) (Full set 3x6)
  • Squat: 225 (4x45 Plate) (Full set 3x6)
  • 2 Minutes inverted rows (Chest to bar): 45
  • Timed Circuit Fit test: Sub 5 minutes
    - 700 meter run
    - 40 Squats
    - 30 Sit ups
    - 20 Push ups
    - 10 Burpees

And here is where I am.

The Goal:

  • 155 lbs
  • Body Fat Percentage - Unknown
  • Bench: 135lb (1 x 8 warm up), 155lb (2 x 6), 165lb (2 x 6)
  • Squat: 135lb (1 x 8 warm up), 185lb (2 x 8), 205lb (2 x 6)
  • 2 Minutes inverted rows (Chest to bar): Unknown (Will test this at the 61 day mark)
  • Timed Circuit Fit test: Unknown (Will test this at the 61 day mark)
    - 700 meter run
    - 40 Squats
    - 30 Sit ups
    - 20 Push ups
    - 10 Burpees

I’ve also started to dead lift a lot more weight too.  However it’s definitely hurt me a bit.  I need some chalk or gloves.  Currently dead lifting 185lb (4 x 6).  Attempted to do 205 today but it’s just too much weight, couldn’t do more than 3 reps on 2 tries.
